Sobha's in-house construction and the 46,000 sq ft clubhouse are the main reasons to pay a premium. At ₹6.7 Cr, if the entry price is for the smallest family layout of 2,870 sq ft, it works out to roughly ₹23,300 per sq ft of super area, near the top of the market for this corridor, so confirm which unit the price buys. Note that the extra room in the 4 and 5 bed homes is sanctioned as a servant room, and the studios share the same complex. Completion is stated as April 2028.
Best suited to: Buyers wanting a large, private home from a developer known for build quality
