For a business owner who wants to run a low-impact IT, office or light-industrial unit close to Gurugram, that mix is useful. Heavy manufacturers and large warehouse users should look elsewhere: the location is Sohna, not an established industrial belt, and the plots are sized for smaller units. The project is licensed and HARERA-registered, and the strong early sales point to real demand. No price is published, so check rates on the resale market. Ask for permitted uses, FAR and building norms in writing, and a timeline for power and sewer connections. Resale of industrial plots usually takes longer than resale of homes.
