Naveen Kumar, Director29 Oct 2026Sky Mansion is one of the few true high-rise options in South Delhi's farmhouse belt, and that is its main draw: large homes with open views over the green belt, a short drive from Mehrauli-Gurugram Road. The structure of all four blocks is up, so the build risk is lower than at a fresh launch. The gaps are on paper. No price or RERA number is shown on the developer's site, and the progress figures there carry no date. Super areas are roughly double the carpet areas, so compare value on carpet area. Ask for the current price list, the RERA registration and the occupation certificate status before booking.
Best suited to: Buyers wanting a large high-rise home in South Delhi close to Gurgaon
