The homes are sold by carpet area, which makes comparison easier: 1,250 sq ft for the 3 BHK + study and 1,627 sq ft for the 4 BHK + study, so these are mid-sized rather than large homes. Puri has not published a price, so value cannot be judged until you have a cost sheet; convert it to a rate per sq ft of carpet before comparing with nearby projects. Completion is declared for June 2029.
