Naveen Kumar, Director31 Oct 2026Diplomatic Greens is one of the few finished, lived-in communities on the Dwarka Expressway, and that is its main appeal: you can walk the towers, meet residents and check the actual flat instead of a render. The mix of 3 and 4 BHK apartments with a handful of large villas, and towers with one home per floor, gives it a more exclusive feel than many newer launches nearby. There is no developer price list, so value depends on the resale deal and unit condition; price per sq ft cannot be worked out from official data. Being pre-RERA and several years old, buyers should budget for interior upgrades and check maintenance costs and paperwork carefully.
