Araya is built for buyers who want size above everything: the smallest 3 BHK in the brochure is about 3,500 sq ft, and the duplex penthouses pass 10,000 sq ft with their own pools. Specifications such as marble floors, VRV cooling and home automation are in line with that positioning, and the homes are already built. The cautions are practical. There is no official price, so value has to be judged against recent resale deals rather than a developer rate. HARERA showed one tower still finishing at registration, and the brochure's tower names (A to D) differ from the HARERA filing (F, G, H, J), so match the unit to its OC carefully.

Best suited to: Large families wanting a ready, very spacious apartment on Golf Course Extension Road
