Its draws are the fitted air-conditioning in every home, double-height lobbies, a complete clubhouse and shopping inside the gate. The developer does not publish unit sizes, prices or a RERA number, so buyers have to rely on the specific flat's papers and recent resale deals in Sectors 70 and 70A. Check the occupation certificate, maintenance charges and condition of the AC units and fittings, which are original to the building.
Best suited to: Buyers wanting a ready, mid-sized community on the SPR side of Gurgaon
