The trade-off is brand depth: Oxirich's delivered record is mostly in Bhiwadi, Indirapuram and Jalandhar, and this is its first large Gurgaon project, with the HARERA promoter being Aviana Greens Estates. The developer's site shows phase status inconsistently, and the newer waterfront renders describe a wider 9.3 acre plan, so confirm which phase and tower you are buying and its completion date on HARERA.
Best suited to: Buyers wanting a large 3 BHK on DXP under ₹3 Cr who value ceiling height
