The plan is generous, with a separate drawing room, family lounge and display kitchen. The trade-offs are real, though. Carpet area is about 56% of the super area, so the effective space is 2,471 sq ft, not 4,390. No official price is published, so price per sq ft cannot be worked out here. The RERA completion date of December 2025 has passed, and the last public RERA update on file showed one tower well short of full height and the other not started, so check current progress, any extension and the payment link to construction before committing.
Best suited to: Families wanting a very large high-rise home on the Chandigarh edge, willing to wait
