The 3 and 4 BHK layouts are generous for Sector 67, most come with a servant room, and the specification (imported marble, VRV/VRF cooling) is a step above many projects of its age. The trade-offs are the location and the lack of an official price: Sector 67 sits about 4 km off the main Golf Course Extension Road, and since M3M no longer publishes a list price, value has to be judged against recent resale deals. The project was licensed in 2011, so also check the building's upkeep, maintenance charges and the condition of fittings in the specific unit.
Best suited to: Families wanting a large, ready home with resort-style amenities in the Sector 67 belt
