Waterside Residences is in Sector 36A, at the point where the Northern Peripheral Road (Dwarka Expressway) and the Central Peripheral Road meet near NH-48. Krisumi says NH-48 is about a three-minute drive away and that a mass rapid transit line is planned along the NPR and CPR.
The developer also points to about 220 acres of green zone and a 50-metre green belt around the site, and to the new business district planned next to it. Delhi and IGI Airport are reached via Dwarka Expressway or NH-48.

The entry 2 LDK is ₹4.35 Cr for 1,740 sq ft saleable, about ₹25,000 per sq ft, but the carpet area is only 957 sq ft, so the rate works out to roughly ₹45,500 per sq ft of carpet. That is a premium for a 2 bedroom home, and you are paying for the brand, the design and the township. The location at the NPR, CPR and NH-48 junction is good for road links. Krisumi has delivered Waterfall Residences next door. Check the RERA completion date, as the site shows construction updates but no possession date.
Best suited to: Buyers who value Japanese design and build quality and will pay a premium for it
