With the occupation certificate in hand since 2017, buyers avoid construction risk and can inspect the actual unit, view and finish. The flip side is that there is no official pricing, so per-sq-ft value must be checked against recent resale registrations. The location in Sector 67 is a little further down the corridor than Ireo City, and as an older complex, the condition of individual units and common areas will vary.
