The 3 BHK at about ₹1.17 Cr for 1,156 sq ft carpet is even cheaper per sq ft, roughly ₹10,200, which is good value on paper but also unusual against the 2 BHK price, so check the live price list. The clean-air features are a genuine point of difference. The open questions are timing and unit choice: the stated October 2024 possession has passed while the site still says under construction, and the project spans four RERA phases. Confirm the tower, its OC and the carpet area in writing.
