Saatori is Experion's second project in Noida, after Experion Elements, and it takes its whole personality from Japanese Zen design. Three G+38 towers stand on a corner plot that is open on two sides in Sector 151, along the Noida Expressway. The landscape follows the Japanese idea of "Ma", the calm in empty space, so you get water gardens, a dry rock garden, meditation decks and a pool styled like a Japanese garden rather than a busy resort deck.
Homes are 3 and 4 BHK. The 3 BHK units have a RERA carpet area of roughly 1,095 to 1,399 sq ft and the 4 BHK about 1,684 sq ft, plus balconies. Amenities add up to about 1,35,000 sq ft, including a grand clubhouse. The project was registered with UP RERA in January 2026 and Experion lists prices on request.

Naveen Kumar, Director7 Oct 2026Saatori will appeal to someone who wants a quieter, more thoughtful design than the usual glass tower, and Experion already has Experion Elements in Noida as a reference point. The homes are sensibly sized rather than huge, which keeps the ticket more manageable than the big-name 4 BHK launches nearer the city. Sector 151 is still developing, though, so daily conveniences and schools are a drive away for now, and with prices on request you should compare the final cost sheet carefully with Sector 150 options.
Best suited to: Working couples and families who want a calm, well-designed home on the expressway at a sensible size
