Because the developer has sold out, any purchase now is a resale deal, and pricing will be set by individual sellers rather than an official list, so per square foot comparisons need care. Construction is visibly progressing, with two towers at structure completion as of September 2026, but finishing is still under way, so possession is not immediate. Unit sizes are not published on the official page; ask sellers for carpet areas and check the agreement before comparing deals.
