DLF Westpark Phase 2 is the release of Towers 6 and 7 at The Westpark, DLF's first residential project in Mumbai, in Andheri West. It follows Phase 1, which DLF has sold out, and sits within the same gated precinct at the junction of Link Road and the JVLR extension, diagonally opposite Infinity Mall.

The two towers rise 37 storeys above a 4-level basement and a ground + 1 podium. Planning is low-density, with 2 apartments per core, and every apartment faces west, over the amenities and the city skyline. There are no rear-facing units, and all homes are Vastu-compliant with east-west entries.

Homes are premium 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments and larger residences, with carpet areas of 1,365, 1,511 and 2,600 sq ft and 2 to 3 dedicated car parks each. An Expression of Interest is open now for priority access and preferential allotment.

Phase 1 of The Westpark is registered with MahaRERA as PR1181012500079. The registration number for Towers 6 & 7 is not yet in our data; our advisors will share it as soon as it is issued, and you can verify it on the MahaRERA portal before booking.
