The project is spread over three sectors and has no RERA number on record, so quality of upkeep, views and access can differ from one phase to another; compare a few towers before settling. There is no official price, so value has to come from recent resale deals. Being one of the older communities in the area, check building condition, maintenance charges and the state of common areas carefully.
