Elevate is the first Sector 59 project from the Conscient and Hines partnership, a gated community of 3 and 4 BHK apartments on Golf Course Extension Road. The master plan is credited to the Ricardo Bofill studio, and Conscient now lists the project as delivered and ready to move in.
The project was registered with HARERA Gurugram in two phases. Phase I covers about 5.95 acres and Phase II about 2.97 acres, together making up a licensed site of roughly 8.92 acres. Occupation certificates were uploaded to the HARERA record for Phase I in March 2025 and for Phase II in July and December 2025.

Naveen Kumar, Director31 Oct 2026Elevate is one of the few Golf Course Extension Road projects with an institutional partner, Hines, alongside Conscient, and it is now built: both phases have occupation certificates on the HARERA record. That removes construction risk, which is the main worry with most new launches in this belt. The Bofill master plan, basement drop-off and car-free ground level are real differentiators. The trade-offs are that there is no official price, so you are dealing in resale and need fresh comparables, and that the carpet areas on file are moderate for the price band of this corridor. Check the exact phase, tower and handover condition of any unit you shortlist.
