About Birla Estates
When a buyer hears the Birla name, the first thing they usually feel is comfort, and that is fair. Birla Estates is the real estate arm of the Aditya Birla Group, set up when the group formally entered property development in 2016. It sits under Aditya Birla Real Estate, the listed company once known as Century Textiles, whose roots go back to a textile mill from 1897. So the real estate business is fairly young, but the group behind it is one of the oldest names in Indian business.
In Gurgaon, Birla Estates has built its presence quickly. Birla Navya on Golf Course Extension Road was its first big NCR project, and Birla Arika in Sector 31 followed, with the company reporting around ₹3,000 Cr of sales in the first phase in March 2025 and over ₹1,600 Cr for the second phase in April 2026. Beyond NCR, Birla Estates works in Mumbai, with projects such as Birla Niyaara in Worli and Birla Anayu at Malabar Hill, and in Pune and Bengaluru. Most of its work is premium and luxury housing.
