The 8-acre central green on a 17-acre site is a genuine differentiator, and the community is already lived in. Against that, this is an older project, so look closely at the age of fittings, maintenance charges and the condition of common areas. There is no official price and no RERA number on file, so judge value on resale quotes per sq.ft and check the occupation certificate and conveyance papers for the exact tower.
