Ananda is the more compact of Bestech's Sector 81 projects: 2 and 3 BHK apartments of 1,360 to 1,810 sq.ft in mid-rise G+14 towers, which keeps it within reach of buyers who find Grand Spa too large. The eight 5 BHK villas are a rare low-rise option inside a gated community, but with so few of them, availability will be sporadic. The project is finished and lived in, so you can inspect what you buy. There is no official price or RERA number on file, so compare resale quotes per sq.ft with nearby ready projects and check the OC and maintenance record.

Best suited to: Buyers wanting a ready 2 or 3 BHK in New Gurgaon at a lower ticket size
