Altura is a mid-density Bestech community: 521 homes on 10.1 acres, with a site plan that gives real space to sports courts and a soccer field rather than just a pool and gym. The plans are sensible family sizes, from 2,015 sq.ft for a 3 BHK to 2,675 sq.ft for a 4 BHK with servant room. There is no official price, so value has to be judged on resale quotes per carpet sq.ft against newer launches in Sectors 79 and 80. The HARERA filing carries a 2022 revised completion date and a 2025 project date, so confirm the occupation certificate for the specific tower you are buying in.
