The four layouts from 1,750 to 3,150 sq.ft give a clear step-up path, and the larger units add a family lounge and servant room, which is useful for bigger households. The HARERA registration is on record, which makes document checks simpler than for some older neighbours. On the other side, there is no developer price list, so we cannot state a price per sq.ft and every deal is a resale negotiation. The towers are now several years old, so inspect the specific unit, the society's maintenance charges and upkeep before deciding.
