Entertainland Mall is 10 min and DPS Sector 84 about 12 min. Medanta Hospital in Sector 38 is the longer run at 29 min.

The 3 BHK plus 3T at 1,057 sq.ft is ₹3.49 to ₹3.58 Cr. The larger 3 BHKs are 1,223 sq.ft at ₹4.25 to ₹4.35 Cr and 1,259 sq.ft at ₹4.20 to ₹4.33 Cr. The 4 BHK plus 4T at 1,521 sq.ft is ₹4.93 to ₹5.04 Cr.
