The Peaceful Homes is a finished, lived-in AIPL community, which removes construction risk entirely. With 360 units on 11.58 acres it is low density for Gurgaon, and the 14,000 sq ft clubhouse, two basement parking levels and EV charging are useful day-to-day features. Sector 70A is close to SPR and a good school, but it is a drive from the metro and the main office hubs. There is no developer price list since this is a resale market now, so we cannot quote a per sq ft figure; compare recent transactions in the society and nearby Sector 70A projects. Check the age of fittings, maintenance charges and the exact super and carpet area on the title documents.

Best suited to: Families who want a ready home near SPR and a short school run.
