Tulip Infratech is a Gurgaon-based developer that has spent the last couple of decades building homes in the city, mostly in the sectors around Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road. It is not one of the biggest names, but if you know Sectors 69 and 70, you will have seen a cluster of Tulip towers there.

Most of its Gurgaon work sits in that belt. Tulip White, Tulip Orange, Tulip Purple and Tulip Violet are in Sector 69, and the company has also built housing in Sonepat. Its earlier projects were largely mid-segment apartments, while its newer launches, such as Melrose and Crimson, aim at larger, more premium homes. Tulip Monsella in Sector 53 takes it closer to Golf Course Road.

Sector 70 is well connected, with Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road all close, and suits buyers who want a big home without paying Golf Course Road prices. Monsella suits those who want to be nearer Golf Course Road itself.

With a mid-sized developer, it pays to ask for specifics. Check the RERA registration and committed possession date for the project you like, the approved plans and licence, and how the payment plan is tied to construction.
