Early demand was strong, with TARC reporting half the project sold for ₹1,350 Cr within about three months of launch. The entry price of ₹7.58 Cr puts it at the upper end of the corridor, and the developer does not publish super areas, so ask for a carpet-based cost sheet. Proposed completion is December 2031, which is a long wait, and TARC's residential delivery record in Gurugram is still short.
Best suited to: Buyers with a long horizon who want a large, open-layout home near Golf Course Extension Road
