Sector 83 is in New Gurugram, close to where Dwarka Expressway meets NH-48. For the township SS Group gives drive times of about 3 minutes to Dwarka Expressway, 5 minutes to NH-48, 10 minutes to Rajiv Chowk and 25 minutes to IGI Airport.
Schools in the area include DPS, Bharat Ram Global School and Matrikiran High School, and SS Group's retail projects SS Strada, SS Highpoint and SS Omnia are nearby.

That gives buyers the comfort of an approved registration and access to the township's clubhouse and sports facilities. The difficulty is that SS Group does not market anything under the Kiavasa name on its own website, and no price, size or floor plan is published for it. Before paying anything, get the tower number, unit size, carpet area and price in writing, and compare it with SS Cendana and SS One, which are sold under the same registration.
Best suited to: Buyers already looking at SS Cendana who are offered a unit under the Kiavasa name
