Sobha does most of its construction in-house, and that usually shows in the finishing. The flip side is scale and time: 1,364 homes in eight towers is a busy community, and the stated completion is February 2031, so you are buying more than four years ahead. Compare the per sq ft rate with other new launches nearby, and ask which tower and phase your flat is in.
Best suited to: Families upgrading within Noida and Greater Noida West who want a big home from a quality-focused developer
