Sobha Aranya is a golf-view community in Sector 80, built by Sobha in collaboration with Karma Lakelands. It sits within Karma Lakelands' 270-acre eco-estate, right beside an award-winning 9-hole golf course.

Aranya itself covers 31.28 acres, with 5 towers of G+46 and about 524 homes. Over 85% of the project is kept open and green, which is rare for a high-rise in Gurgaon.

If you've ever wished you could live inside a resort without leaving the city, this is the closest thing on the market. Possession is expected in December 2030.

Location

The project sits just off NH-48 in Sector 80, inside the Karma Lakelands golf property. You get genuine seclusion, forest and fairways, while a major highway is minutes away.
