About Silverglades
Silverglades has been building in Gurgaon for a long time, since 1988 according to its own profile, and it describes itself as a boutique developer. That word fits. Rather than chase volume, the group has done a smaller number of projects across housing, commercial space, townships and golf-led leisure developments. If you know Sushant Lok, you may already know one of its early efforts: The Laburnum, the group housing society developed in collaboration with ITC.
Beyond The Laburnum, Silverglades points to The IVY group housing in Gurgaon, the Classic Golf Resort and Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort near Manesar, The Peach Tree and Merchant Plaza among its completed work. More recently it launched The Melia in Sohna and The Legacy on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 63A. Its best-known current project is Hightown in Sector 28, a mixed-use scheme of luxury apartments and retail space, which the group announced in 2021 with a planned investment of about ₹500 crore.
That is the project we list: Silverglades Hightown Residences in Sector 28, Gurgaon, with 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. Prices are on request, so ask us for the current sheet. The location is the real draw here. Sector 28 is old, settled Gurgaon, close to MG Road, Golf Course Road and the Delhi border, with schools, hospitals and markets already in place. It suits families upgrading within central Gurgaon who want a large new apartment without moving out to the newer sectors.
A few things to check before you commit. Verify the HRERA registration and look at the possession date currently on record, since dates quoted across listing sites have shifted over time. Ask Silverglades for the latest construction status, and if you are buying from an existing allottee, confirm the transfer terms and what has already been paid. Compare the price per square foot against resale in nearby societies, because Sector 28 has an active resale market.
