Hightown's main draw is its address. New high-rise homes are rare in central Gurugram, and Sushant Lok 1 puts you within minutes of the metro, MG Road, Golf Course Road and some of the city's best schools and hospitals. The 3 and 4 BHK sizes are sensible for the area, and the specification list (VRV, imported marble, GRIHA 4-star) is solid. The trade-offs are a mixed-use site with a large retail component, which means more footfall, and a construction timeline that has slipped past its original 2024 RERA date. No official price is published, so compare quotes with resale homes in nearby DLF and Golf Course Road projects before committing.
