Plot sizes of 400 to 2,800 sq m suit small and mid-sized units, not large logistics parks. There is no published price, so value cannot be judged yet. Before buying, check the permitted industry categories and building norms, and get a timeline for power, water and sewerage. The developer has flagged pending civil suits over the land, so have a lawyer review them. Investors should keep in mind that resale of industrial plots is slower and less liquid than resale of residential plots.
