Gokuldham Estate is a gated plotted township at Bahadrabad, on the Haridwar-Roorkee highway (NH-58). SBTIL builds and owns serious hotels, and the clubhouse, spa and guest suites here suggest they intend to run the estate properly. Keep two things in mind. The site is on the highway at Bahadrabad, about 19 km from Har Ki Pauri, so this is not a walk-to-the-ghats address. And it is land, so you will build your own home later and should budget for that on top of the plot price, which the developer gives only on request.
Best suited to: Families from Delhi NCR and the plains who want a plot for a future home or retirement base near Haridwar
