Sage Crest is the newest gated farmhouse community inside Ram Rattan's Naugaon, the group's 1,000-acre stretch of farmhouse land in the Aravalli foothills off the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. It is the group's sixth development here, and the idea is simple: you get a demarcated, freehold farm plot with roads, water, power and security already in, and you build the farmhouse you want, or have it built for you.
The community has its own amenities, from a mini golf putting green and a small Miyawaki forest to a meditation deck, gazebo and jogging track. Gurugram is about an hour away by the expressway, and the developer lists prices on request.
