About Ram Rattan Group
If you have heard about farmhouses in Naugaon, you have probably heard of Ram Rattan. The group has been in real estate for more than 45 years, starting in Delhi before Gurugram and Sohna, and over the last five years it has built Ram Rattan's Naugaon, about 1,000 acres of gated farmhouse communities off the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
The appeal is easy to see: clean air, the Aravallis on the horizon and Gurugram about an hour away once you are on the expressway. Each community has its own flavour, from the amenity-led Sage Crest to the wellness-focused Isvara Farms and the larger estates at Green Step Farms.
