Sakura is a new name for Gurugram buyers: Pardos has delivered in Lucknow and is backed by a construction group with a long record, but this is its first project in the city. The pitch is a large, low-density campus with nine towers on about 14.5 acres, generous 3 and 4 BHK sizes and an Indo-Japanese landscape theme. At the indicated ₹2.85 Cr for a 3 BHK of around 2,200 sq. ft., the entry rate is roughly ₹13,000 per sq. ft. The catch is that RERA registration is still pending, and sizes, prices and layouts come only from marketing partners for now.

Best suited to: Families looking for a spacious home in New Gurugram who can wait for RERA approval.
