Pardos Real Estate is a newer name on the Gurgaon scene, so it helps to know where it comes from. The company says it was set up by investment professionals and is built around one idea: deliver what you promise, on time. Behind it sits a construction team that, by the company's own account, brings over four decades of experience and more than 50 projects across India. Pardos also works alongside OKAS, a real estate investment platform focused on residential, commercial and industrial land.
