The amenity list is long for a 3.5-acre site, and the 3 BHK plan includes a utility room and generous decks. The catch is density and efficiency. 375 homes on 3.497 acres is a tight footprint, and the 1,512 sq ft carpet is only about 57% of the 2,675 sq ft corner unit's super area. No official price is published, so insist on a carpet-based quote. Navraj is a smaller developer, and completion is not due until March 2031.

Best suited to: Buyers wanting a 3 BHK on the Dwarka Expressway end closest to NH-48 who can wait to 2031
