MIST is the newest residential block inside Mayfair Highlands, a 20-acre gated township on Mussoorie Road, near DIT University. The range is wide too, from a compact 1 BHK for weekends to a 4 BHK with a party terrace. M&M Luxe Homes is a local Dehradun developer, not a national brand, so do your homework: check the RERA record for the completion date and the tower you are buying in, and ask how the township's maintenance is split between MIST and the older parts of Mayfair Highlands.
