About Meffier Infra
Meffier Infra, formally Meffier Infra Ventures Pvt Ltd, is a Gurgaon-based developer with its office in Sector 65, just off Golf Course Extension Road. The company says it has been in the business for more than ten years, building both residential and commercial space. Most buyers in the city will know Meffier for its plotted work around Sohna rather than for high-rise towers, which makes its newer apartment project worth a careful look.
The bulk of Meffier's footprint so far sits south of Gurgaon. Golden Park in Sector 4, Sohna is a plotted colony registered with Haryana RERA, and Garden Residency in Sector 5, Sohna is another of its residential projects there. The company has also been linked to The Golden City in Manesar. These are largely mid-segment plots and low-rise homes aimed at buyers who want land or independent living within reach of Gurgaon, at prices well below the city's central sectors.

The Centrale in Sector 66, Gurgaon is a new launch with 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments on Golf Course Extension Road, an established stretch with good access to Sohna Road and Golf Course Road. Meffier is moving from plots into high-rise apartments with The Centrale, so ask about the construction partners and check the HRERA registration and approved plans before booking. For Golden Park, confirm the plot's registration details, approvals, development status and possession timeline on the Haryana RERA portal, and check what infrastructure is complete on the ground. Prefer a construction-linked payment plan, and keep in mind that resale in newer Sohna sectors can take time.
