Ask anyone looking for a premium home in Gurgaon, and Golf Course Extension Road comes up almost straight away. It’s well connected, the neighbourhoods are established, and the developers there are serious players. Max Estates’ new project, The Bungalows in Sector 59, is the latest to join them.
Start with who’s building it. Max Estates is part of the Max Group, and the company is listed on the stock exchanges. That means its plans are shared publicly, so you can check them for yourself. They’ve also proven themselves in Gurgaon already. Their Estate 360 project on Dwarka Expressway saw close to ₹4,800 crore in bookings before construction was complete.
The project sits on 7.25 acres, with about 1.3 million sq. ft. planned. For a luxury development, that’s fairly compact, and that’s a good thing. Fewer homes usually means more space and more privacy. The highlight is a clubhouse of around 90,000 sq ft, inspired by the charm of Lutyens’ Delhi, which is where the name comes from.
The location speaks for itself. Golf Course Road, Sohna Road and NH-48 are close by, and so is the Sector 55-56 Rapid Metro station. Offices, schools, hospitals and shopping are already in place, so you won’t be waiting for the area to grow.
Now, the part we always want you to hear clearly. The project hasn’t launched yet, and Max Estates expects to open it before the end of March 2027. Final layouts and prices aren’t confirmed, and there’s no HARERA registration number yet. If anyone asks for a booking amount now, hold off. Wait for the RERA number, check it yourself, and pay only into the developer’s official project account.

Location & surroundings
Sector 59 sits on the southern stretch of Golf Course Extension Road, one of Gurugram's established luxury corridors, with the Aravalli belt to the east and Sohna Road to the west. The sector already has a cluster of completed and under-construction high-rises from well-known developers.
The Rapid Metro station at Sector 55-56 and Golf Course Road are both a short drive north, and the corridor links to Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road for onward travel to NH-48 and the airport.

The company's own numbers (over ₹3,000 Cr of bookings from about 1.3 million sq ft) imply an average above ₹23,000 per sq ft, which puts it at the top of the corridor. That said, there is very little to judge yet: no RERA registration, no approved plans and no official price list. Unit sizes and prices doing the rounds come from channel partners. Expressions of interest at this stage carry risk; wait for the HARERA filing and the official brochure before committing.
