Gurgaon's luxury market has grown into one of the most interesting in the country. Homes priced from around 7 crore upwards now span large apartments in established towers, designer and branded residences, bungalow-style homes and penthouses with views across the city. At this level, the differences between projects are about much more than size. Look at privacy, from the number of homes per floor to private lift lobbies. Ceiling heights, natural light, views, terraces and the quality of finishes shape how the home feels every day. The developer's track record on luxury delivery matters a great deal, because promises about specifications and amenities are only as good as the team building them. Location still counts too. Golf Course Road offers the most established address, Golf Course Extension Road and SPR offer newer design, and Dwarka Expressway has become home to several headline launches.

Before you commit, see a completed project by the same developer if you can, and talk to people living in it. Check the RERA registration, approvals and possession date, and understand exactly what is included in the price, from parking to club membership. Ask what the monthly maintenance will be, since large clubhouses and concierge services are not cheap to run. For under-construction homes, look carefully at the payment plan. Spend time in the neighbourhood at different hours. A luxury home is a long-term decision, and it is worth taking the time to get every detail right.
