The entry suite has 464 sq ft of carpet, which works out to roughly ₹49,500 per sq ft of carpet, or about ₹35,300 per sq ft on the 650.90 sq ft exclusive area. That is an expensive rate for a one-bedroom home, even with a restaurant, spa and gym on site. It suits a single professional, a pied-a-terre or a rental buy more than a family. The down payment plan asks for 90% within 60 days of booking, so most of your money is paid well before possession. Krisumi has delivered Waterfall Residences next door. Check the RERA completion date.
