Waterfall Residences is in Krisumi City, Sector 36A, at the meeting point of the Northern Peripheral Road (Dwarka Expressway), the Central Peripheral Road and NH-48. Krisumi's pitch is that residents can reach Delhi and other parts of Gurugram on these wide arterial roads without using the congested inner roads.
Later Krisumi phases, including Waterfall Suites, Waterside Residences and Forest Reserve, are being built around it, so expect construction activity nearby for some years.

That is its strongest point: you can walk the homes, the clubhouse and the gardens before buying, instead of relying on renders. The published price list starts at ₹3.62 Cr all-inclusive for a 2 LDK of about 1,448 sq ft saleable, roughly ₹25,000 per sq ft, but the carpet is only about 720 sq ft, which is close to ₹50,000 per sq ft of carpet. That is high for the space you get. The price list image dates from 2023, so ask for current inventory and rates. Later Krisumi phases are under construction next door.
Best suited to: Buyers who want a finished Krisumi home now rather than wait for a new phase
