The Sarayu is a villa-plot development on the banks of the Sarayu river, just off NH-27, about 15 minutes from the Ram Mandir. The Leela tie-up and the big clubhouse are the draw, and the location, 15 minutes from the Ram Mandir, is about as good as it gets for a second home in the city. Remember that this is land: you will build your own villa, so add construction cost and time to the plot price before you compare it with ready homes.
