About HoABL

The House of Abhinandan Lodha, or HoABL, does one thing and does it at scale: branded land. Set up in 2020, it sells plots and villas in places people want a second home or a long-term holding, from Ayodhya and Vrindavan to Goa and Alibaug. One thing worth knowing up front: HoABL has no connection with the Lodha Group.

What sets its projects apart is the packaging. Most come with a large clubhouse and hospitality services from its partner Miros Hotels & Resorts, and some carry a big name, like The Leela at The Sarayu in Ayodhya. Prices are usually quoted all-in, which makes comparisons easier.

Our advice is to treat these as land first. Check the RERA number for your exact phase, the possession date, and what you will pay each year for the club and services. And remember that on a plot you still have to build your villa, so add that cost before you compare it with a ready home.
