New, large-format homes in central Noida are hard to come by, and here you have the metro, Apollo and Mall of India within minutes, plus easy access to south Delhi. Godrej is a safe name to buy from. You pay for that address, though, with 4 BHKs starting near ₹9 Cr, and possession is listed for September 2029, so this is a long wait for a ready address.
