The clubhouse is the standout, at 6,132 sq m with branded spa and lifestyle features. The catch is the paperwork: Godrej's site shows a January 2025 possession date while still calling the project under construction, the later phase sits under a separate 2020 registration, and the price list labels the entry unit as a 1 BHK even though the published plans start at 2 BHK. Pin down the tower, its OC status and the exact carpet area before comparing it with ready stock nearby.
