What you are paying for is the Godrej name, the landscape, and finishes like imported marble in the living areas. It launched in April 2025 and is being released tower by tower, so ask which tower is on sale now and check the carpet area of the unit you are quoted, because the developer does not publish sizes online.
Best suited to: Buyers who want a finished, branded home in Greater Noida West and are comfortable paying a premium for design
